Ingredients:

• 1 cup all-purpose flour

• 2 large eggs

• 1 1/2 cups milk

• 2 tbsp melted butter (plus extra for the pan)

• 1 tbsp sugar (optional)

• A pinch of salt

• Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

• Whipped cream

Instructions:

1. Make the batter: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and salt until smooth. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

2. Cook the crepes: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with butter. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, swirling to spread it thinly. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden.
